At Blame, we prioritize the privacy and security of your developers' workspaces, repositories, and account credentials. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and store information.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Your email address and hashed password upon registration. Social connection identifiers when logging in via GitHub, GitLab, or Google.
  • Repository Metadata: Webhook payloads, repository names, branch details, and commit hashes to schedule telemetry pipelines. We do not store repository files permanently.
  • Telemetry Logs: Runtime execution traces, exit codes, and compile outputs used for generating debug autopsies.

2. How We Use Information

We process your information solely to deliver the core Service: validating branch commits, displaying code review analytics, and forwarding diagnostic reports to GitHub Check Runs and Pull Request reviews.

3. Data Security & Storage

Your information is stored in secured PostgreSQL databases. Telemetry execution pipelines run in temporary isolated sandboxes that are wiped immediately upon telemetry job completion.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party APIs (GitHub Developer Apps, GitLab Applications, Google OAuth, and Groq AI). Your credentials and tokens are secured via env configuration variables and are not shared.
